    Default Hardware Discussion

If Hardware Discussion was changed to something along the lines of "Computer and Technology", it would widen the area of discussion.

Why have a forum for just hardware when you can easily make it about all aspects of technology.

This is due to the fact that your DVD player is technically hardware. As is your HDTV it is all hardware. Keeping an open mind on things other than just computer components is essential. Hardware discussion is the correct title for that forums section in my opinion. Unless you are referring to software help, as well as programs.

I saw this a while back and meant to agree with Karma but somehow forgot...anyways,

When I think Hardware I think computer components but you are right, Caestus, that it encompasses other technology as well but in my opinion I think the "hardware discussion" is too limiting.

Computers and Technology would encompass threads like "Google Chrome" and "Bitdefender Rant" along with other software, cool programs, tips, new gadgets coming out.

Right now we only have 5 threads in hardware discussion which is the smallest sub-forum in the off topics.
    The below statement is true.
