If it will make the forum run smoother, that's a possibility. However, im trying to stay away from using forum gold to run(ruin) the economy. D3 Developers stated that the game will definitely have an economy where players can trade. That's what our goal is. We facilitate trading. This site has a built in auction, as well as PvP Tournament Features and Databases.

So if i may, i'll give you an example. Game Currency will be in terms of gold.
Post an item -> Auction Starts -> Players can bid on your item
You can set a minimum that you want, just like ebay. Winning Bidder wins your item.
Negotiate a pickup/time etc.

If anything i would be providing a MiddleMan Service to hold item while player pays you.
In the end, no one gets screwed. Buyer gets what he wants, Seller gets his ingame currency/gold.

Personally im not a fan of the d2jsp trading. But it works in D2 Because that game has literally no economy.

Don't forget that with the iTrader feature buyers and sellers can leave feedback for others on whether they had a negative/positive/neutral experience with the trade...this way for people with lots of positive feedback you can feel more comfortable trading with.

But I'll have to wait to see it in use before I Understand fully what you mean.

D2jsp is just a way for the owner to get rich on Forum Gold. (you know people buy that shit) Here we will trade with in game player to player. No admin/ mod will be involved unless they are scammed. (my take on this anyways)

D3G will be user oriented. no fg. the only interaction will be a MM Service to ensure everyone gets what they intended
