I think D3 will play in max settings no problem. This game doesn't look very taxing.

I guess I'll start with the low-end computer in comparison to those here

Intel P4 2.8 GHz

and screw my mobo...w/e came with this machine (dell dimension 4600 from '03 or '04..dunno which)

I am right handed but use the mouse with my left hand.. partially because that's how I learned, and now because I figure if I get carpal tunnel in my left hand/wrist it won't really matter because I still have my dominant hand for everything else

Unless D3 is released next year I doubt this will be able to play it at minimum settings if at all.

Plan on buying a new computer week before Diablo 3 comes out. If anyone is looking for a new computer buy it from Circuit City (since they sell all their computers at a big loss)

I'm fairly confident that D3 will have a decently low minimum requirement. I don't see needing an upgrade quite yet. I want to wait to upgrade until after I graduate (as a college student I'm not exactly swimming in money), when I will hopefully be able to go all out on a new system.
