Default Will d3 be what we think?

After playing Warhammer for a week, I came to realize how my expereience playing a MMORPG 8 years ago (everquest) was much more enjoyable. I'm not saying everquest is a better MMORPG than Warhammer, but everquest was the first to do MMORPG big, just like diablo 2 was the first to do real-time action/rpg/randomize item system (the loot). Maybe its because Warhammer doesn't have a random item system, just a bunch of items premade -_-. But, my question is, do you think D3 will live up to your expectation? If they make D3 so much like d2, wouldn't that hurt the series?
Life is an art, your the artist, and the best paintings are ones filled with passion and emotions.

Blizzard has never dissappointed me, in the quality sense of their games.

I will surely miss some aspects from D2 that Blizzard will abolish when making D3 but Blizzard is the only developer that I know will produce a solid and fun game.

Look at Hellgate London...I've been following it for a few years (I think 2-3 before it was released) and the hype was incredible...it was supposed to be the next-best-thing to D3 but we were let down I went into the beta tested for Hellgate knowing i will probably buy it when it came out but I ended up not liking it after the novelty wore off...unfortunately my girlfriend pre-ordered it before I realized I didn't want to buy the game just yet...I'm waiting 'till it's patched up.

Hellgate had some interesting magic/spell effects that D3 should learn from. The witch doctor's swarm definitely made the jump from Hellgate to D3 I can't wait to see what other types of weapons and effects are added to D3..

If anybody can make D3 match the awesomeness (or top it) of D2, it's Blizzard
    The below statement is true.

The answer to the secret recipe is right there in your statement. Blizzard is the only company i know that uses common sense with games.

Everyone else likes to rush their product to the market without polishing it (take Hellgate London for example). HGL was full of bugs and was just plain fucking boring after the first few hours. All the levels were Mundane and just god awful. No Diversity. At all. It was a D2 clone in 3D. Except they forgot the most important factor. Fun.

Blizzard on the other hand, will take years from announcing a game until they feel it's ready. Right now Blizz has the hottest games and they're not even on the shelf yet.

    Like i said.

    Quality > Quantity

    That's why Blizzard is #1.
